Philips TAR1609 - Personlig radio - uten operativsystem

Picked this up before a four-day camping trip in the Lake District and honestly it exceeded every expectation. The FM reception was surprisingly crisp even in the valley; just extended the antenna and it locked on fine. What really saved us was the torch on night two when our head torch battery died. Bright, solid beam. I also cranked it up one morning when the battery was low and got enough juice for a couple more hours of Radio 2. The hand crank works, which I half doubted. The carry strap made it dead easy to hang off the tent zip. Compact enough to fit in a side pocket of my rucksack without any fuss. The SOS alarm is very reassuring to have but thankfully we didn't need it. The build quality feels sturdy for the price. Only small gripe I have is the volume knob is a little stiff. I would absolutely buy again and recommend to any camper.

The build quality is not what I expect from Philips. It is very cheaply made.
