Best dual sport tire I have used. I have tried several diffrent brands, but always come back to the TKC. Use them on a BMW F800GS and R1200GSA. May not get more than about 4000 miles on a rear, but can go two rears to a front.

Best performing off road tire I have ran on my r1200gs. It's not a highway road tire so If your wanting high a mileage tire then I would try something else. If your taking a bike bike through mud/dirt then I would stick with this for the price.

Great in the dirt and sand. No question. Handle surprisingly well on the road and actually stick well through the twisties. This comes at the expense of longevity on the road, but this is expected for a tire advertised for 80% off-road use. If you plan to ride a lot in the dirt/sand/mud these are your tires. If you want these because they look cool and plan to ride mostly on the streets, then plan on replacing them after about 2k miles. Also worth noting - I've ridden TKC80s over a lot of sharp rocks in south Texas and Utah. Slammed a couple hard enough to bend my front wheel. Found a number of cuts in the rubber but NO punctures. These tires are tough as nails, and apparently, tougher than rocks.

This is my 3rd set of tkc80's love this tire! Great grip on pavement as well as dirt. Great dual sport tire.
