This thing turns off after 5 to 10 minutes of non-use so if you want to use it throughout the day, you have to reconnect with it every single time and it does not connect. You have to hit a delete button and then the Bluetooth button you have to get into standby mode and then you have to do it again and you have to do it probably five times before it actually connects to your Wi-Fi absolutely piece of junk

It's a decent printer for the price. Only lasted 2.5 years in an office setting with light printing (maybe 80 pages a week.) Off-brand cartridges have been the demise of 3 printers in the recent years, I am firmly ink-tank only from now on.

I have a connection issue with a medical device in my office. The fix is this specific printer, although this was a refurbished printer, I still expected the paper to feed. Unfortunately, after trying all options and spending an hour on the phone with HP tech support, they recommended that I send the printer back. I just ordered a replacement printer with my fingers crossed.

They finally sent a refund check after 5 months. The printer doesn't work with my system. I should have returned it right away but I had hopes that they could get it to work. It didn't. I need to plan a trip in July and the stress of this mess as me exhausted and distracted. I would not purchase anything from HP again.
