Great quality reliable tool. Feels nice and quite intuitive to operate. Bought together with a box. Could drill the concrete wall without issues. Definitely one to have in a household.

I bought this last year but only used it for the first time today. Was drilling screw holes in a doorframe to put up a handrail and after 1st hole the drill bit is jammed in the drill and it will not release it. Still works but cannot get drill bit out so is very limited

The one fatal flaw this drill has it that it won't hold the bit in the chuck securely if drilling into concrete. You can tighten it fully by hand or go for the option of 1 click backwards to try 'lock' the chuck too but neither is effective. I'd absolutely say don't buy this for any heavier work such as concrete. It's the worst drill I've bought and I've a good few years of experience using a variety of them.

Good drill, powerful. Useful doing jobs around the house.
