Bought this hammer drill to cut out cement grouting between brick wall and paving slabs. Never having owned a rotary hammer drill before, I was really impressed with this drill, along with the Makita chisel set I purchased to use with it made short work of the job. Good battery life paired with an LTX 5.0 battery pack. Great piece of kit.

No more messing around with extension leads for me. Used it earlier this week for the first time. Top notch, as you would expect from Makita products. What to purchase next?

The drill being a present for my grandson who already owns several Makita power tools ... needless to say that he is over the moon with the DHR202Z , thank you for an excellent product.
