Makita DRT50Z - Overfres

Brought this for cabinet making and I’ve got to say it’s a lovely piece of kit! So easy to use and perfect job every time. It’s also powerful enough that it doesn’t struggle no matter what I throw at it.

I have had many routers over the years but this is fast become my favourite because it is a very handy size, well balanced in the hand and remarkably powerful. It feels well made with strong components, Highly recommended if you need router functions like trimming or template following.

Ordered this item and was delivered within 2 days with no issues . The item was packaged in generic packaging not Makita branded packaging which is not a problem as I don’t keep the boxes anyway . The item itself is a well made and sturdy piece of kit which I look forward to using . I have had a brief use of the router and all appears to be working as it should. It is very ergonomically designed and fits comfortably in your hand . The led light is a great addition to my previous router and the fact you’re not tied to a cord is perfect.
