Leaky pile of nonsense. Designed to stop end users replacing faulty o-rings (consumable parts, so should be user replacable), and appears to have a design defect that results in a leak in the main 'head unit'. Multiple reports else where have made the same observation. Water now only has a very gentle tingle.

After about 10 bottles gas escapes around the bottle and there is nearly no gas in the water. I did check several times if I did screw correctly the bottle and even changed the bottle of gas. Since the copyrightof this soda maker is only dated from 2020, what about your guaranty of 2 years? Unfortunately I do not have the receipt anymore.

Phillips don’t offer a refill service and it is almost impossible to find replacement CO2 canisters online. I would avoid buying this product

This appliance is useless without a replacement cylinder. Customer service poor; received a curt unhelpful reply to query re said gas canister. Very disappointed, hence poor rating.

Useless product as you cant exchange/replace the cylinders anywhere even though it says you can on the packaging, nor can you recycle them anywhere. Tried customer services who could not be bothered to reply to my emails.
