I am not into fruity fragrances but I do really like this scent. It has top notes of apple, pear & grapefuit but it is not overly sweet. MIddle notes are peony, freesia and jasmine. Base notes are musk and amberwood. The top notes fade quickly on me and I am left with a fairly long lasting dry down of soft musk and amberwood, which I adore.
