Bra verdi for pengene, vannvittig kapasitet og plenty bra til hobby/hjemmesnekkring

Helt ok bordsag for prisen. Mangler litt på finish og presisjon for full score, men en god bordsag er det. Liker spesielt godt parallellanlegget.

This saw replaces a cheap Craftsman of 3 years. I didn't like the wonky craftsman fence. HITACHI IS A BIGGER BETTER SAW. The manual is like many others and leaves out a few things. I found I had to set the blade parallel to the Miter slot, wasn't set right from the factory. Having familiarity with saws I looked underneath and found the two adjustment slide screws with 10 mm hex head screws. Once set I then used the manual to find how to set the fence parallel and it was easy. Much better than the cheap Craftsman saw and then I set the scale to "Zero" out with the right side of the blade. I grabbed my rip guide and trued up edges straight on a few cedar boards I made from a downed hurricane debris. Nice straight edges and then I set the fence and sawed parallel. Perfect!! My rip guide runs in the miter slot. I am very happy so far! I have included a picture of the Amp Head Cabinet I am currently building. Pine with Cedar Highlight pieces.

Didn't come with any instructions. Had to watch unboxing videos in slow motion to try and put it together. Could not find any pdf instructions online. After hours of putting together, it seems pretty sturdy. Haven't used yet, but will update when I have. Will probably purchase a different blade, the one it comes with does not seem the greatest.
