Samsung Galaxy Ring Size 7 - Titanium Black

I have owned the ring for 14 months and the battery runs flat in less than 2 days. I have called your technical support who have advised that i am out of warranty , which is only a year ( which in hindsight shoes you lack of confidence in it ! ) and it needs repairing at my expense!!! This ring is not often used as i alternate with a whatch. I expect an item costing £ 399 to last more than 14 months- DREADFUL-

Purchased one of these and it lasted just over a year, battery then only last about 5 hours if that even overnight I put it on fully charged and dies during the night. Went through to customer care and it was sent back all approved for replacement as they can't repair these, then was told it was already a ring that had been written off by Samsung previously and replaced and somehow they had sold it on as parts to one of their third parties. So due to Samsung selling their faulty goods on rather than scrapping it, I am out of pocket and left with a bad taste with the brand.

I bought my Samsung Ring in Chiang Mai, Thailand last April 4, 2026. Now the problem is that the battery keeps disconnecting from my phone when I put the ring on my finger. When I remove it and put on the case, it will connect.

At first it was perfect, then after 12 months of use, it failed, visited two stores who explained it would be better to buy another one.

Rubbish ring battery is atrocious and had a replacement then fobbed off by Samsung with a discount offer when the replacement also had battery fault.
