So far the brush has been very good, I like the long battery life and travel case. The charger being USB is also very useful. The design of the replaceable heads to include the wide flange at their base helps keep the brush more hygienic. Overall I like the product. Although the downsides are I could not find the replacement heads in shops close to me (might be I was looking in the wrong places) leaving amazon as my only choice, they replacements are expensive depending on which type of head you purchase.
