I bought this a year ago and this is the worst coffee machine. The milk comes out cold despite changing the settings and also cleaning the machine. Harvey Norman didn’t even budge with retiring a product that is not worth the cost. Harvey Norman is only good at selling leaving customers disappointed. Better off drinking an instant coffee than spending thousands of dollars on a cold coffee.
