Not quite sure where you people got yours but the down under version is crap. Less than 12 months old back to retailer 3 times. The first time it was gone for a couple of months, the second time it did not do the problem in front of the retailer. we were told if it does this again video, we did , it did it again and we took it back, gone now 2 weeks. Different issues, reverts to language screen and wont follow commands, wont actually turn on, screen jam/lock. tried to reach out to Philips and no email only social media, I only have Facebook. I do intend to voice my disappointment on this. They do have what's app, sent 3 messages, weeks ago, stated they only work Monday to Friday. Well HELLO, how many Monday to Fridays do you need people. Now enraged and drinking pods. Never had an off er of a replacement, a loaner nothing. I will never touch or recommend ANY Philips product EVER.

Very happy with the coffee machine and it very east to use and clean took a couple of times to work out the coffee strength but now all good highly recommend.

Easy to use, everything you could ever need in a coffee machine. No ness, looks great and makes a perfect coffee quickly and quietly. I’ve been recommending it to family and friends too. Wish I hadn’t waited so long to purchase it. Very reasonable in price too!
