I bought one of these machines 4 years ago and it recently died, the coffee grinder eventually burnt out, now i drink a lot of coffee so this didn't surprise me, I decided to replace it with the same model, this has come with some improvements, now the milk wand is magnetic so just slots on and off for easy cleaning, a slightly bigger hop to hold coffee, and brighter buttons, just feels a bit more slick.

Bought the predecessor to this in 2020 and it served us well with tasty coffees over the last 5 years. However there's a complex, removable brewing unit inside and after a while it cracks and tears itself apart inside the machine while making a coffee. This just happened to us a second time in 5 years after having paid £120 (post-warranty) for a replacement brewing unit to be delivered. Given the first failure we have been very careful to make sure the brewing unit is always seated properly inside the machine and despite that it still cracked after another year of use. (And this is actually our third brewing unit as the original one with the machine was also faulty and had to be replaced under warranty). Unfortunately the insides of the machine seem too complicated for their own good so don't buy this expecting it to last more than a couple of years.

I bought this and it makes the best fresh brewed coffee, cappuccino, espresso. It is easy to use, easy to clean and I am very pleased with this coffee machine
