The product is well finished and appears to be of good quality, but be warned that the keyboard shortcuts don't work with it. So I returned the item.

The product meets my expectations, is easy to use and of high quality. The little bonus is that you can generate these labels from your PC. I would recommend

The only rechargeable dymo. Which is more than appreciable. It holds a good charge even when you use it once a month.

The labeling machine works very well. The labels are beautifully rendered. On the other hand, there would be a very big improvement to be made in terms of handling, user manual and the manufacturer's website. We are in the prehistory of technical communication. That's why I only gave it 4 stars.
