Canon EW-60C Lens Hood

This lens hood fits like a glove to my 18-55mm lens. It looks better and helps with the annoying sun glare on my glass. Also protects my lens from accidental bumps. Itmakes a great addition and safe insurance for your valuable lenses.

Hood fits nice and snug. Construction is solid, just as I've come to expect from Canon. Really like the protection it provides my lens.

Not the most sturdy of products, and not being a petal design, doesn't store too well upside down on the lens when in the bag, BUT is way better than not having a hood at all (I suspect that the DX series lenses are not as well internally baffled for stray light). The bayonet mount works, but does not seem built for the long haul- it's not the same quality of kit as the hood on my dad's Nikor c. 1969.

Good everyday lens hood. Does the job for everyday photography. Fits well and easy to remove and store in my case.

Fits truly on the lens. Protects the lens. Blocks the glare.
