Have had nothing but problems the screen and most components had to be replaced within 6 months of buying the new TV. The LG support line does not have the ability to log into the tv to do a system check trying to get them to understand the problem without them having access in totally frustrating. I’m not technical but at times I felt I understood the many issues better than people on the support line. I have had a technician visit twice and still we have outstanding issues.

I upgraded my 2018 LG B7 to a OLED65C5PSA. Same location, same size. The picture is a noticeable upgrade and very impressive. However, the sound is, frankly, dreadful. I've been settings and menu adjustments are just not getting me anywhere. Having to change sound mode almost every watch to suit a different show. Frustratingly having to look at soundbars now for the new TV to be usable.

I only have the tv for two days , the quality of the oled screen is outstanding, it really has the wow factor , coming from a samsung neo the difference in quality is worth every penny
