It was time to replace my old TV, so I decided upon QLED 43" TV . It arrived on time and I've installed it successfully. Then came the disappointment - picture is soft and not better than my 20 year old TV it was replacing. No matter what settings and factory resets picture is lacking sharpness. Some features are not available, so am very disappointed. I'd like to return it, but navigating the Samsung website gets me nowhere.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent value for money! I recently bought the Samsung QE43Q7F in Black and I’m really impressed. The picture quality is sharp, with vibrant colours and crisp 4K resolution that makes films, sports and streaming look fantastic. The QLED display produces rich, natural-looking colours, and the TV has a sleek, modern design that looks great in my living room. The Tizen smart platform is easy to use, with all the major streaming apps available, and navigating the menus is straightforward. Setup was quick, and the SolarCell remote is a nice touch. Sound quality is decent for everyday viewing, although a soundbar would make movies even better. For the price, it’s an excellent TV that delivers great overall performance and looks far more premium than expected. Overall, I’d happily recommend the Samsung QE43Q7F to anyone looking for a stylish, reliable 43-inch 4K smart TV with excellent picture quality and great value for money.

Bought this to replace my lady Samsung TV, that packed up after 16 years of use. Very impressed with the picture, considering the price paid. Easy enough to set up. Only slight criticism is the sound quality isn't as good as the old TV.
