It's simple; too simple. It warms the bottles nicely. But only after the learning curve of having to watch it closely and remembering to turn it off. I do not understand why anyone would design (or even allow) a product like this to not have neither an automatic timer shutoff and/or a high temp shutoff feature.

No more guess work and constant temperature checking to see if bottle is ready. Howver I do find that in general the bottle contents feel a bit cool and therefore I leave the bottle in for just a tiny bit more so contents are warm.

It does (roughly) what it advertises, however, it states that it supports the 260 ml Philips Natural bottle, but then the instructions for this unit say that the water in the unit must be level with the milk in the bottle, and the 260ml bottles are all too tall, and extend well beyond the walls of the unit. So... On the box it says it supports 260 ml bottles, but it really doesn't (according to its own instructions on how to use it).

Very disappointed with this product - you actually have to time it when to turn the appliance off, otherwise the milk gets too hot. That's ridiculous... Even past models we used like 12 years ago would shut off at the right temperature and then keep the milk warm. This one does not! So no different from simply heating the bottle in a pan or something. What a joke.
