Trigger point The Grid 1.0 Massasjerulle

I bought the bigger version after trying one at a local health club. While my back cried out at first, the results after using it was remarkable. This one allows me to focus on particular areas of my body. That makes it handy if I need to loosen up something specific prior to a workout, tennis, swimming, etc., and/or if something needs attention following an activity. I can't testify to its longevity, but it's well built enough to make me think I will be using this for a long time.

I Can tolérate the firmness compared to some of my foam rollers

Instructions are vague. I haven’t used it much yet.

Nice to have a roller along while traveling. Stuff with clothes and it doesn’t take much space.

Nothing too crazy but I wish the foam was density was higher.
