Build quality leaves a lot to be desired. Small movements of my head causes the assembly to click and clack, which is audible through VoIP programs and incredibly distracting for the wearer. Practically unusable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] He loves these headphones. He said he think their some of the best headset around. I knew nothing about this headsets I purchased two different ones. I got pickup, spun around and the biggest hugs and kisses ever really made me feel appreciated so thank you for a great product.

No sound from the left ear at all. Right ear sound would swell and fade without any input. Online suggestions were all along the lines of 'well if you tap the side hard a bunch it sometimes works'. Logitech charges a premium for their products, and if this is the garbage they're putting out then it's the last time I'll be paying them a penny. This sort of quality I'd expect from an random alphabet-soup company, not from an established, (formerly) trustworthy manufacturer.

The headset works really well for the price, the sound quality is really great and the mic seems to work a charm as well. I only have two complaints. One is something that has already been mentioned by other reviews. The leather headset ear covers are very warm. It's not enough to lower a star - I also quite enjoy the warmth. But just something to keep in mind. The second is that my headsets plastic likes to squeak and creak as I talk or chew a snack. Maybe it's my head shape though. :sweat_smile: Still 5/5.
