I wish that I knew that this was common with this headset before buying (not eligible for return) so that's 200 wasted. I tried everything but the mic only works if you turn the headset on, and unplug/plug in the mic 4-5 times. It's really terrible considering the price.

Excellent product. And everyone in the store was super helpful. Products were organized well. Arguably some of the nicer headphones I've owned. Last pair I got from Best Buy fell apart a week after they were out of the box.

I like the BLACKSHARK V2 X WRD PSN headset. It is a gamer's headset even though I am not a gamer but it is a great headset for when I am on a Zoom call.
