Yamaha FS820II Acoustic Autumn Burst

Great sounds, a bright sounding guitar, very resonant on the bass, for a concert sized instrument. Add to that it's aesthetics are very nice, a very beautiful looking instrument. I find it especially nice for fingerstyle guitar.

I received the above guitar but with hindsite, quickly realised it was the wrong guitar. I asked PMT to exchange it for a Yamaha APX600 instead, which I am very happy with now. In all honesty, I did not play the FS820, so can not give a proper review, however, I have heard the great tone of this guitar on many youtube videos. I am very happy with the APX600 which incidentally is great. Both guitars were delivered on time and well packaged and PMT were very good with letting me exchange. My review rate of 3 stars is for the FS820, however my review rate for the APX600 is 5 stars.

I love this guitar. My previous acoustic had a barrel back and wasn't very comfortable for Me to hold and play. This one is so much nicer. Sound is lovely. I also picked it for the colour which is gorgeous. Build quality is fantastic too. I'm very happy I bought it.

Stunning colour... I have the blue one. Easy to to play , and tune. I am a beginner.... sounds fantastic... commented on by lots of friends.
