Having purchased a 3XS video PC last year I found that the RTX2060 (fitted) didn't help in any respect when it come to rendering large videos' - some in excess of 2 hours, so in desperation I upgraded to the RTX 3060 12 Gb, obviously easy to install, the only problem I had was the power pins orientation was 180º the other way compared to the 2060 and as 3XS had made such a good job of the cable management there was no room for turning the connectors around.... yes I did find a way - sorry 3XS Iv'e made a mess of your excellent work. Rendering is now much faster as my Video software relies on a good graphics card. The RTX 3060 is quiet and cool with no foreseeable problems for my videoing in the future, a great card requiring less of a power supply compared to some manufacture's 3060 cards. as usual excellent service from Scan & DPD the couriers.

The GPU card itself is great. Hardly breaks a sweat and runs a lot cooler than my previous GPU (GTX 970). I tend to game at 1080p/2K and the card is more than capable for all of the titles I've tried. If you want to monitor or have control over the fan speed you'll need to install the Gigabyte GCC drivers/app. This I had a few issues with - all works fine initially, but when updating to the latest version it failed to recognise the card. I could only recover it by rolling back the OS to an earlier checkpoint (luckily I had one). Uninstalling/Reinstalling GCC didn't work.

Nothing has maxed this out yet.... im sure new games will be more of a struggle especially if in 4k, but 1080p is amazing

Recently tried to sell my gaming pc to my little brother suddenly my 2080 super broke, found a replacement in the 3060 so I could keep the price down for my brother and he’s loving it so far. Came a day early which was lovely and safely packaged
