Love new CrossWaver Hydro Steamer. My porous tile and grout are brighter now after one cleaning. Machine is easy to maneuver. My only issue is that it doesn’t suck up overall water off floor. Had to towel dry when finished. Steamer is easy to clean and breakdown after use.

I still have not received the correct item. You sent the wrong cleaner and I have not received the hydrocrosswave that I purchased . This is disappointing and a huge inconvenience as I took a day off to use it when it arrived and received a mini vacuum instead. I would Like the $300 product I ordered.

Mopping is so easy with this vac. Love it, has steps to follow. Liquid only last for about 30-40 mins. Just continue to add more and go.

We've been through just a basic steam mop, and a vacuum mop without steam. The steam is so needed to help break down dirt/oils and sanitize. The vacuum function on this is much stronger and better than other vacuum mops we have tried.
