Does exactly what it says on the label. Guaranteed smooth feet. Turned my feet from Velcro to satin. Use everyday until feet are soft, then every few days. All O'Keeffes products are amazing. The hand cream is awesome too! Highly recommended.

I bought this a week ago and it's been extremely effective. My knuckles were extremely dry that my knuckles would bleed every time I bent my fingers. The cuts were pretty deep. After using this for 3 days straight there aren't any more cuts on my knuckles.
