L'Oréal Paris Excellence Creme Permanent Color - 10 Extra Light Blonde

Was initially confused how it was called ‘blonde’ when picture is medium brown. Came out really dark brown with green tinge. Dyed it a different colour the next day it looked so bad

Waste of money not useful and that mask is too bad

After changing the formula, the hair dye became very bad! Doesn't dye gray hair at all!

Bought this to cover my grey hair as well but it did not dye the grey strands at all. Quality of the product is poor. Supposedly ash colour but my hair came out brassy. Would not recommend.

Really disappointed. Greys haven’t been covered well, either still grey or pale blonde. The dye has given quite a red undertone which I was trying to avoid. It’s a lot lighter than I was hoping for too - much lighter than as advertised. Hair feels beautifully soft immediately after though
