Love the item but didn't get the scrunchies or the clips with this was a bit disappointed but the air dryer was ace

Didn't contain all the parts mentioned in the description, so was a bit disappointed even if they weren't important accessories

love it well worth the money even thou couple pieces missing

I received this hairdryer today and it is a very good fast drying hairdryer but all i had was the hairdryer and the brush in the case where were the hair clips and the hair scrunchy that was meant to be included with it as these were not with it!!! Nowhere does it say that i have to purchase them separately or that they are not included so i was a bit disappointed about this and it seems other customers have commented about the hair scrunchy and the hair clips missing too!!! Hence just 3 stars

No accessories included, bought as a present looks great haven't heard how it functions.
