Easy to use and pretty effective at cutting branches of a certain size. It’s also nice that other appliances in the same range share the same battery.

Very pleased with the hedge trimmer. Battery lasts quite a while and it certainly does the job!

Doesn't replace a mains powered trimmer for large hedges but a useful addition for end of season trimming of bushes. Complements the grass strimmer and drills which use the same battery.

A very well built hedge trimmer. Having other 18V Black and Decker tools, I already had an interchangeable slot-in rechargeable battery. BE AWARE, This trimmer is NOT supplied with a battery. Find other Amazon listings for a complete tool with battery. I was very impressed with this trimmer, which appears very capable of tackling most hedges. Being cordless, I had expected a fairly short time before the battery died. Surprisingly it was still going strong after around an hour of constant use. Recommended, a decent garden tool for a reasonably low price.

Used it to trim a laurel hedge and it had no issue cutting through 2 cm thick branches. It's fairly lightweight and easy to use, I also used it to trim lavender hedges.
