Cuts through bushes like butter. For thicker branches, if you hold it on the branch, it will work its way through. The balance is good, but there is some heat in the shaft, no issues if you wear gloves. the only reason i took off a star is because it took nearly 2 months to arrive after several chat sessions with customer support. i wish i would have purchased this elsewhere to save the hassle of the delay and broken promises it was on the way.

Bought this brand new unit from local Husqvarna dealer on Monday, got to use it first time on Friday and 30 minutes into use of small manicured hedges the blades quit moving. Was so disappointed in the breakdown my 13 yr old son finished the hedge with a black and decker corded handheld hedge trimmer. I drove all the way to the dealer and they filled out a service ticket and asked me “didn’t you just get this earlier in the week”? Well atleast they recognized that I spent hard earned good money there. I told them please don’t let me have buyers remorse.

I just bought this extension Trimmer 525HF3S, the result have been great, just loving it... Strong motor and with the nice "reach" it has all capabilities of to get job done a lot quicker than ever. Aside of my Zero turn mower and other equip from Husqvarna my garage is looking like an Orange Grove Orange & Grey!

Beats electric trimmer hands down all my yard products are husqvarna my edger, blower, and hedge trimmer all have exceeded my expectations hope you keep making gas powered products perhaps you should designate a separate section for gas powered products it would help considerably

I bought this for my Holly (18), Hemlock (22), Rhododendron (7) hedge rows among all the other plants on my >6 acre plot. 22 years of hand tool clipping done now! Got it done in hours vs days and weeks! Wow! It is a beast.
