This is an outstanding, expertly composed chypre. Colorwise -- it's dark green, with a vibrant, pastel yellow flittering in an out. Think Oakland A's away team jersey colors. This is decidedly NOT a bright, acidic citrus top fragrance. It's a oakmoss, musk, and creamy sandalwood with just enough juicy yuzu to give it a lift. Oud is there in the background, forming a robust, structural foundation. One of my favorites from EO thus far.

I used Cacharel many years (decades) ago. My wife really liked it but I tried other products and totlly forgot the name. Out of the blue I remembered the name and due t some outside insistance I purchesed this and she is happy with it

have used this eau de toilette many years ago,and it was a great fragrance.. this version is not the same, can hardly smell anything,and it dont last, if it had not been purchased from amazon,i would say it was fake.. the packaging is real cheap .. i do not recommend.. bring back the original ..
