Horrible customer service and return policy. I have sat in multiple chats for 30+ minutes each time just to return at item. They have no active return portal on their website, just for replacements! Then they try to tell me I’m out of the return window everytime even though I am not. Absolutely horrible - do not order if you may need to return the item because you’ll never be able to.

Nothing to report, arrived quickly, clean and as expected, pleasant interface for tracking the order, satisfactory.

Very practical headphones: bluetooth, jack and usb-c connection, activatable microphone and adjustable sound directly on the headphones. The only thing missing is a carry pouch.

Smooth delivery. Pleasant to wear. I like the versatility of the connections on these headphones (jack, bluetooth). The microphone is easy to deactivate by raising it. I am fully satisfied.
