These guys sound amazing, and the ANC feature is very powerful and does a great job at blocking a lot of external noise. Something I didn’t know when purchased, is the app you (optionally) can use, has a personalized eq feature; it’s a 5 minute hearing test that measures how well you hear certain frequencies, and adjust their independent levels for a more-true to life sound to your own hearing range. I noticed a difference in clarity after using :) They are quite comfortable, though everyone’s ears a bit different, so your mileage may vary. They hold their charge we, the QI charging option is convenient and quick. Love these things

I just received this SkullCandy Rail product today after reading all the negative reviews complaining about either left or right buds not working. Truth be told, the previous reviewers are correct. I fully charged the buds for 4 hours after opening it. Then, I downloaded the SkullCandy app as recommended by the instructions. I took out both buds and lo and behold, the right bud won't connect nor show any flashing light at all. I tried pressing it as per instructions and the right bud just won't turn On. When you put it back in the case, you could see the red light appearing. This is so upsetting. Why do you need to do repair right away to a brand new, newly opened device? You would expect this to connect and work right away, right? This is such a waste of time and effort to continue troubleshooting... Don't buy this at all if you want to keep your sanity. I want a full refund plus compensation for this massive inconvenience.

These were great over the first 2 weeks of owning them. Couple things that are minor that annoy me is the fact that the case is an odd shape and you can’t stand them up. There’s no flat edges in the case so they just roll around. Over the last 2 weeks I keep getting the message “cannot pair to Bluetooth, must forget the device and re-add”. I’m using an iPhone13 pro. I don’t know what it is but almost every time I turn them on I have to do a full new re-pairing. Overall the sound quality is good, but for some reason the sound out of each ear bud sounds different quite often, one louder than the other. I’ve tried changing settings, adjusting equalizer, putting one back in the case and then back into my ear again. Just seems like they are very inconsistent. I’ve had lots of skull candy in the past, but these ones are a big miss for me, unless I got a lemon set.

I don't understand the low reviews.
