l like it that they don't need electricity, so no trailing cords. l have them on my laptop which l use as a television for the news (the sound is poor on TVNZ) and they sit neatly on either side with the excess cord tidied with a velcro strap, The sound is good and clear and they have made a great difference to the laptop. They are easy to put away when not in use, The only down side is that you have to be careful to put them down on the right base.

My girlfriend wanted a set of speakers for her office that she could listen to music at a decent volume without breaking the bank and wanted them in white. Not many options in white. I went with these based on other reviews and she loves them. They can be turned up loud enough she can walk at her desk and still hear everything clearly.

These speekers are pretty good at their low price. get loud and sound great.
