Fantastic product to use, seller was extremely helpful with an invoice issue i had. The only thing that i wish the manufacturer would include is a UK plug but that is an issue with the manufacturer not the seller!

I bought 3 for the office here, and it's now it's about 3 months using it, for one of them the screen has developed white streaks over it. Can the seller contact me, it's been only a few months of owning these, I am afraid the others may develop the same thing.

Great phone once you update the firmware. But it's reallllllllly not that easy. Mine came with 1.0.5.something, latest is 1.0.9.26. But you can't update directly from 1.0.5 to 1.0.9. You have to go trough 1.0.6 then 1.0.7.97, then you can update via the web interface. Because yes, before that version, you have to put a TFTP server OR a HTTP server. The second one is way easier to achieve. I went with the HFS software made my rejetto, you can easily find that on google, that's the first server when you search for HFS server. So anyway, you have to be tech-savvy to really enjoy this phone, otherwise you'll be stuck with the old firmware and seriously it sucks and it's buggy. On the latest firmware it's a great phone.

Spent 2 hours on the phone with our PBX provider trying to auto provision and / or manually provision this phone to work. Repeatedly managed to get the phone provisioned and up and running and repeatedly had it then kick itself off the system. Tried updated firmware, factory installed firmware and the reportedly "most stable" 1.0,97 version of firmware and all failed. The support line had at one point 2x Grandstream GXP2140 phones they were simultaneously provisioning on their end to walk me through each step to ensure we were doing the same thing and theirs would connect to the user accounts fine whereas this one failed, so it's clearly a hardware issue that makes me question the quality of the product, hence the 1* rating.
