Great working with these guys... accountable and trustworthy

The Yealink phone is a pleasant product to use. But it's delivered without a mains socket, so it's only supposed to work when plugged into the box, but it doesn't work. This was not made sufficiently clear when ordering. What's more, LDLC doesn't have this accessory. Finally, getting it up and running is fairly technical, and it can easily take you 2 hours to find the right information on forums. The yealink site is not suitable for getting it up and running, and tends to waste your time with pointless procedures.

Quite happy with the Yealink-T20P, I got two of them on this order and found them to be in excellent shape and both work great in our office.They did not come with power adapters so had to purchase them locally..

Easy to assemble and configure. Quality was great and it was very simple to use. Would recommend to any non technical user

Wish I had read all of the reviews... as stated by another reviewer, the phone did not come with a power adaptor. It's actually a great phone, but the description is wrong!
