I use this on my carpal tunnel syndrome hand..I had an operation and this lamp helps with inflammation and pain on my hands..I use it in my dog that has IVDD and she loves it and it helps with inflammation on pets too

I bought this infrared light to help support my recovery after surgery, and I've been really pleased with it. It's easy to use, feels well made, and provides a gentle, soothing warmth during each session. I found it relaxing to use as part of my daily recovery routine. While everyone's healing journey is different and I can't say how much of my recovery was due to the infrared light alone, I felt it was a worthwhile purchase and I'm happy I included it in my post-op care. I've been using this for about a month on my face. i dont see any difference yet. the goggles are rather tight and hurt my eyes. i wish it was a bit more sturdy, and had an on and off button. it gets very warm, so as reccomended, sit away from the light at about 40cm. I'll amend my review in another month
