the product works perfectly fine, you need to de-assemble it to fill in water, then it will work, you may think it doesnt work if you dont follow the manual

This Beurer steam inhaler did not work at first and appeared completely dead. After watching a full "how to" video on YouTube (search for product reviews or setup clips), I managed to get it going properly. It is quite fiddly to set up, so I strongly recommend finding a demonstration video before assuming it is faulty. Once the correct water containers are filled and the unit is powered on, wait about a minute for it to heat up fully and start producing steam. Works brilliantly after that initial hurdle. Good quality German product overall.

I am a professional singer and bought this product to allow me to nebulize daily, during the run of my show. It worked beautifully for about a month and then, completely stopped working. And it has zero warranty so, money not well spent. Now I am not sure if perhaps an electrical person can fix it or if I should just recycle it. Such a pity because it really worked well for those 3 weeks.

Absolute value for money. Could relieve the cold and cough
