This product is great and easy to use and after one treatment could see a visible reduction in hair growth. However after three weeks of having this product it is not working and the 1-5 buttons keep flashing and it will not start the treatment. I contacted Philips support over a week ago and not received a response yet. I would like a replacement as this system is great but aftercare support is not.

This product is great and easy to use and after one treatment could see a visible reduction in hair growth.
