We purchased two of these for a client and can not get the second one to join. Turns out it's because we were shipped 2 units with different versions of the Mobility Express embedded software. We contacted Cisco support and they informed us that we would have to purchase a contract in order to download the software. Now bear in mind, these were two BRAND NEW units in a sealed Cisco box and they won't even allow us to make the software versions match so we can install them!!!! DO NOT TOUCH THESE ACCESS POINTS........
