Why does everything have to be black? Because it "looks" cool? I'd prefer white, so that I know when it's dirty. And, what's with the dark tinting on the hopper and bin? These features are negatives. It's hard to see the level of beans in the hopper w/out strong lighting - and the grounds are impossible to view in the bin since it's darkly tinted and the background is BLACK. Also, the plastic bin gathers static electricity and makes for a messy pour-out. I'd prefer a white body, clear plastic hopper and Stainless Steel bin, Other than that, it's fine.

Does not grind the coffee bean fine enough, so coffee was weak. I went back to my old grinder

I bought this for my parents as a gift after their Mr. Coffee grinder bit the dust. This grinder was a major upgrade! The grind is way more consistent. Mr. coffee always gave you some fine powder regaless of the grind setting. My favorite thing is that it so much quieter. It not silent by any means but it produces more of a low pitch grumble instead of a high pitch scream like the mr coffee. Much more pleasant to hear first thing in the morning and it doesn't wake up the whole house. Its very easy to use. Just load, turn on, let it grind then turn off. The only down side some people may find is that you cant just fill the hopper, chose an amount setting, and grind. You will have to measure out your beans each time. If you are a true coffee lover you already know and probably do this so it isn't a big deal. Highly recommend for anyone looking to up their coffee game!
