Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 DC DN | C, standard zoomobjektiv, 13/10, 18 - 50 mm, Fujifilm X, autofokus

I use this lens when I'm travelling, as a smaller, lighter and less bulky alternative to the Sigma 17-40 f1.8 Art which I also own. Admittedly the 17-40 is sharper corner to corner, and with better CA and LoCA control, but the 18-50 is still very sharp and its close focussing ability is better than the 17-40 and can be very useful at times. I use the lens on my Fuji X-H2 and I find it a good match for the camera, and I can't say that I've noticed it struggling with the demands of the 40MP sensor. Some Fuji users will no doubt lament the lack of an aperture ring, but for me it's not a non-issue and I find that using the rear command dial to control the aperture to be almost as easy as using a dedicated aperture ring. All in all, I would highly recommend this lens.

Good, lightweight zoom with a constant f/2.8 aperture. Is it the sharpest zoom out there for Fujifilm? No. But overall it's a great zoom to carry around all day, has good color rendition and subject separation.

This my go anywhere lens, reliable and produces exceptional pictures.
