I bought this once several months ago for tracking my heart rate during exercise. This particular watch is a complete failure in tracking my heart rate.

It's cheap and it works Great It also helps if you can't be on your phone alot during the day it the message pop up to stay informed. Love the heart rate monitor and the exercise tracker, works perfect while going on a run
