I bought this to track my fitness. sleep and overall body recovery time after exercise and it’s amazing I haven’t taken it off unless to top it up with a charge which is not often at all easily last over 10+ days. So good I bought another in a different colour as a gift for my friend who was constantly complaining about his smart watch only lasting a day.
