Mega Man 11 byr på klassisk plattformaction med moderne grafikk og et innovativt Double Gear-system, som gjør spillet både kjent og friskt. De ulike vanskelighetsgradene gjør det tilgjengelig for både nybegynnere og erfarne spillere. Kontrollene er stort sett responsive, men Joy-Cons kan være mindre behagelige i håndholdt modus. Lydsporet anses ofte som mindre minneverdig, og spillet er noe kort, men ekstra moduser og utfordringer gir mer spillverdi. Noen spillere irriterer seg over bossenes stemmer. Alt i alt et sterkt comeback for serien, spesielt for fans av klassiske plattformspill.

a real nice hit of nostalgia, but it reminds me of how difficult these games are until you get the right timings. the time and power gears is a nice mechanic, really have enjoyed it. super frustrating, but because of that once you figure it out it is good fun. just hate the @#$% balloon level, lol.

My son loves the “newcomer” version as it’s almost impossible die. I like the new graphics as well.
