Xbox Games One Batman The Telltale Series

The first two episodes frequently have audio and visual bugs with missing sound effects, music, dialogue, and in game assets. I was still enjoying the game but now I can't access episodes 3-5. The game menu says that all the episodes have been purchased but when it sends me to the Microsoft store to download the episodes they all say that I still have to purchase them. This issue seems to be common with multiple posts on online forums trying to find fixes for this but I haven't been able to find a solution.

Game is limited to playing levels. I completed this game in two hours

First 2 episodes were great, disc won't allow me to download eps 3-5 without paying $5 each and gamestop nor Microsoft will help me do anything about it. Awesome right?

The game cuts off after the 1st level. The game is defunct
