Would get 5 stars if it would be a bit cheaper and had a slightly quieter fan, but definitely a great addition to the case.

I purchased this along with some budget-minded components to create a drive maintenance system. I am impressed with the design of this solution. The sleds have the appropriate amount of friction with the guides to ensure that you're securing the drive into its bay in the hot swap module. I'd go so far as to say the action feels more secure than alternative offerings. The only listed con isn't really a con, but its the only real "flaw" I could find with this well designed solution.

If you want to add some drive and have easy access this is the way to go.

Bought one of these last week. I was wary of the fan noise mentioned in another review and to be honest it is certainly a little noisy but barely noticeable over ambient noise. One thing mine isn't, is whisper quiet as described by someone else. For me not such an issue as I have plenty of spare fans. Anyway aside from the fan I'm extremely impressed with the product, so much so that I am awaiting a second one to be delivered. I will update if I see any difference in fan noise on the second one.

Overall pretty good and certainly better than the 5-in-3 solution (FatCage MB155SP-B) which has a lot more temperature problems. I would definitely recommend using a higher CFM fan if you are going to use Enterprise drives or even the NAS drives in a 24/7 environment.
