We purchased this laminator for our small office approximately 10 months ago. We've used it only a handful of times, laminating fewer than 20 sheets of 3mm paper. It worked perfectly the first few uses, but around the 5th use it started curling the outer edges of the pages. Around the 10th use, it jammed up for the first time. I was able to get the paper out of the laminator successfully, and although it continued to curl the upper outer edge, that wasn't a big deal to me since we primarily used the laminator to make door signs for our business. On the 18th paper, it has jammed again. I can't get the paper out and the machine is no longer returnable through Amazon, so we have to go through the manufacturer because it's just under the one-year warranty. If you purchase this product, I highly suggest getting the extended warranty - you'll need it.

I bought this from Amazon Warehouse for a great price. And it came brand new. I LOVE this laminator! It heats up super fast, the pages come out nice and it unjams easily (it took me a minute to realize I need to put the pages in folded end first. Directions helped. Haha) Totally worth the deal I got and even probably worth full price!

Bought GBC Fusion 3100L laminator second hand. Did not work at all. The unit was shipped with malfunctions. This is my second experience with a "like new" product. Not a good track record.

Its own heat warped the laminator. Was only good for 50 laminations before breaking.

I got the used version, works extremely well. I plug it in, turn it on and it’s ready really fast. I’m still use to my last one taking forever so I will still be working on putting my sheets together when this beeps that it’s done. Also you can use it to make file folders. It’s great.
