Bought this printer to use with Quickbooks for printing checks & reports. It was perfect. Then 6 months into things, it went offline. Hours and hours of uninstalling/installing, unplugging/plugging in, downloading repair apps, etc & could not get the thing to work. There are no USB port to connect to, to handle things that way. Decided to try to work on it again today & its dead. Completely worthless, least before I had flashing lights!

It was easy set up and I like the double sided print option. I wish it had a bypass tray. It is quiet and fast.

wish came with instant ink but it get job done I recommend it its best laser printer hp has make so far

So I need a really good small business printer. While I had high hopes initially, this has not proved to be a printer for crisp clean copy. It gives that shadowing effect on the first 1-3 pages almost every print after using it for a week. I will return. I get the pricing pressure manufacturers are under but I'm willing to pay more for quality....can I find it?! ugh. This was #2 to try....
