The idea of waste sacks is a good one as it significantly reduces the mess and dust of a shredder. These ones were sold as being suitable for my Rexcel shredder but it is way bigger than the bin. Consequently, the bag comes over the top with lots of excess plastic which has to be tucked away and looks a bit of a mess. They are no more suitable for the shredder than a normal bin liner, other than the fact they are clear. And they are a lot more expensive than normal bin liners
